To engage the learners in a study of the Scripture text:
Distribute copies of the “Ezekiel’s Challenging Mission” exercise from the activity page, which you can download here. Have participants work in pairs to complete as indicated.
After the activity, have groups present their findings for whole-class discussion. Ask the following question: “How was Ezekiel a ‘visual aid’ to communicate God’s message of promises and judgments?”
To encourage personal application:
Distribute copies of the “Worship Only God” activity from the activity page. Have learners complete the first section individually in a minute or less before discussing the rest of the page with a partner. After several minutes, allow pairs to share with the whole class.
